Laili Sadr (MBACP)
What problems do my clients bring?
Examples of the problems that my clients bring to therapy include: depression, anxiety and stress; difficulties in family relationships; difficulties in communication and in social settings; physical disabilities; addiction; discrimination from being a sexual minority; or simply managing changes in values, priorities and lifestyle.
How do I work with clients?
By listening carefully and in a non-judgmental way to what you bring to therapy, I can help you reexamine the habitual beliefs that influence your attitude towards yourself and others.
This growing awareness can help you choose what is beneficial for you and what may be in the way of your growth and fulfilment. Rather than the therapist suggesting what is good for you, it is you who will decide what is meaningful in your life and what you may want to let go.
Whilst my primary focus in working with clients is psychotherapy, I am also a strong believer that body-focused practices such as yoga, breathwork, an improved diet and exercise are important to mental health and in achieving a more balanced lifestyle.
Where do I work?
I work with clients in person (in SW London) and online, via chat or a video link. To make an initial appointment you can call, e-mail or simply book your slot in the calendar.
I charge £80 per 50-minute session. We can discuss financial difficulties if and when they arise. Payment is by cash or debit card at the end of the session. If you cancel within 24 hours of a planned session, the fee is payable in full
